At Fengshui Majestic Sdn Bhd, we value both your time and the schedules of our expert consultants. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.
我们珍视您的时间及本公司专业师傅的时间安排。预约前请仔细阅读以下政策。
1. Professional Consultations 专业咨询
Cancellations 取消预约
Full refund, minus any applicable administrative processing fee.
预约时间 48 小时前取消，可获全额退款（扣除行政处理费，如适用）。
No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
预约时间 48 小时内取消，恕不退款。
Rescheduling 改期
You may reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
客户可于预约时间 48 小时前免费改期一次。 如需改期，请通过 WhatsApp 或电邮联络我们。
Late Arrivals & No-Shows 迟到与缺席
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled without a refund.
迟到超过 15 分钟，咨询时间将相应缩短，或取消且不予退款。
No-shows are strictly non-refundable.
未出席预约（No-show）概不退款。
2. Refund Process 退款流程
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and reason. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
如需申请退款，请提供订单编号及退款原因联络我们。经审核后，退款将于 7–14 个工作日内退回原付款方式。

3. Payment Errors 付款错误
In the case of duplicate payments or technical errors resulting in multiple charges, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a full refund for any erroneously charged amounts.
如因技术错误或系统故障导致重复扣款，请立即联络我们。本公司将调查并全额退还多余的款项。
